We make a commitment to update regularly a part of the information contained on this site. We reserve the right to modify without advance notice the general conditions of sale, prices, postal charges … The present general conditions of sale govern exclusively the sales of products proposed on the Site. They are systematically accessible on the present Site by the buyer at the time of the recording of the order. As a consequence, the fact of placing order, involves the whole support and without reserve of the buyer on these general conditions of sale with the exception of quite other present conditions in leaflets or order forms emitted by the salesman, these conditions having only an indicative value. The signing of the order and its confirmation by the customer, realizes its full and whole acceptance of the applicable particular conditions with order. Products, Promotional Offers and Prices The offers of the www.carrare.net site are exclusive and different from possible promotions received by the customers of CARRARE by mail. The prices of our products are indicated in Euro (taxes included), except expenses of sending and packaging. Invoices are drawn up in Euro and sent to the buyer with his order. The prices shown on the site are fixed by CARRARE and can postpone prices observed at certain retailers, as pharmacies, non-pharmaceutical chemists and dietary shops, which are free to fix their own selling prices. The promotional offers (column Promotions) change every month. The validity of the offer is registered on the page. Identification and password During the first order, and to avoid to every customer to seize again its mail coordinates to every order, an identifier and a password of at least 4 characters must be seized. A control of uniqueness and identifier is then made by our system. In case of loss of his password, the customer will have to create a new identifier with a new password and thus seize again all coordinates. This password serves on no account for making a payment. This password will be asked to the customer every time it will become identified to place an order. Signing of the Order The order is the object of a summary which resumes all the elements which the customer confirms by clicking the icon "validate" appearing on the page of the site. At the conclusion of the order, the customer can print a summary of the order. When the customer confirms the order on www.carrare.net, he declares to accept this one as well as the completeness of the present general conditions of sale completely and without reserve. The data recorded by the system of payment constitute the proof of the financial transactions. A message of confirmation is sent to the buyer from the exit of the recording of the order on the site. Means of payment The payment of purchases is made either bank card (Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard or the other credit cards), or by check. The payment by check is possible only for a delivery in Metropolitan France and in the DOM-TOM. The sending of the parcel is done when the payment is validated (reception of the check or the validation of the banking deal). The payment is made by secure deal, directly with our partner bank, BICS. The Delivery: delays and expenses Products are delivered to the address of delivery indicated during the recording of the order by the customer. From reception of the payment of the total amount of the order, we prepare your order and send it to you. For metropolitan France, parcel are sent colissimo followed there 48 hours and delivered with own hands, without signature. An order can be delivered only once.
